Terms and Conditions for Roof Racks Galore

1. Prize and Winner:

• There will be only one winner for this competition.
• Win the ultimate Racecar & Supercar Experience in Sydney: 6x V8 Supercar Drive Laps, 2x V8 Supercar Drive Laps, 4x Lamborghini, Ferrari and Lotus Drive Laps!

2. Competition Timeline:

• The competition ends on 31st August.
• The winner will be drawn on 16th September.

3. Entry Details:

• To qualify, the order must contain $100 or more of Thule products.
• Each purchase made during the competition period automatically qualifies as one entry. There is no additional step required after making a purchase.
• Every invoice generated from a purchase counts as one entry into the competition.

4. Additional Information:

• • The winner will be notified through the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
  • The prize must be claimed within a specified period after notification, as detailed in the official competition rules.

Terms and Conditions for Flights and Accommodation

These terms and conditions apply to flights and accommodation provided at the discretion of Go Active Outdoors (Thule). By accepting any flights or accommodation offered by Go Active (Thule), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Discretion of Go Active Outdoors: The provision of flights and accommodation is entirely at the discretion of Go Active Outdoors (Thule). Go Active reserves the right to determine the details, including but not limited to destinations, dates, and types of accommodation, based on availability and operational considerations.
2. Non-Redeemable for Cash: Flights and accommodation provided by Go Active Outdoors (Thule) are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation. They cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged for any monetary value. This also applies should the winner be located in NSW, therefore not requiring flights and/or accommodation.
3. Booking and Availability: All bookings for flights and accommodation are subject to availability. Go Active Outdoors (Thule) will endeavor to accommodate preferences but reserves the right to make changes as necessary. Any additional costs or upgrades requested beyond what is provided at Go Active's discretion will be at the participant's own expense.
4. Travel Documentation: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable), necessary for travel to the designated destination. Go Active Outdoors (Thule) is not responsible for any costs or consequences arising from inadequate travel documentation.
5. Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
6. Liability: Go Active Outdoors (Thule) accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred or suffered by participants in connection with the flights or accommodation provided, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes and Cancellations: Go Active Outdoors (Thule) reserves the right to cancel or modify the provision of flights and accommodation at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons. In such cases, Go Active will endeavor to provide reasonable alternatives where possible.
8. Participant Responsibilities: Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies during travel and accommodation provided by Go Active Outdoors (Thule). Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the provided services without compensation.
9. Acceptance: Acceptance of flights and accommodation provided by Go Active Outdoors (Thule) constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Booking the dates for the event

1. Scheduling the Prize Date: The exact date and time for redeeming the prize will be determined through mutual agreement between the winner and the GoActive Outdoors, subject to availability and any applicable restrictions.
2. Eligibility: The prize is open to the name on the receipt of purchase or a alternate person approved by GoActive Outdoors (Thule) prior to booking.
3. Transferability: The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item. The prize cannot be sold, bartered, or auctioned.
4. Booking and Redemption: The winner must be in contact with GoActive Outdoors (Thule) within a reasonable period after notification to discuss and finalize the details of redeeming the prize, including scheduling the date. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
