The Thule Proride 591 roof system is made up of three components, the feet, the load bar, and the bike carrier.

The feet are specific to your particular make of car. However feet will not be required if your car comes fitted with roof rails.

The load bars can be used across all makes of cars and are used to form the base of the rack for the carriers to be mounted upon. Thule makes a huge range of carriers which are compatible with the same load bar, making it easy to switch between different carriers when needed.

The bike carrier secures the frame of your bicycle, giving it the flexibility to transport bikes of varying size easily and without the trouble of dismantling anything from the bike. The Thule Proride 591 is made entirely of aluminium which provides great strength, low overall weight and excellent corrosion resistance.

Once installed, mounting of the bicycle is easy and achievable in under a minute. Just secure the wheels of the bike on the channels, and lock the swivel arm to the bike frame. The Thule Proride 591 is able to carry a large majority of bicyles securely and at normal highway driving speeds.
